Craftsmanship
Our bench sits behind the showroom, not in another country. Most pieces pass through two pairs of hands: one to build, one to finish.
Metal is cast or drawn to the weight the design calls for, then filed, engraved and burnished by hand. A cuff takes about nine hours across three days, most of it in finishing. We weigh the piece before and after polishing and print both figures, so you can see exactly what left the bench.
Every gold and platinum piece is assayed and stamped with its fineness, 999, 916, 875, 750 or 950, alongside our maker's mark. Silver carries 925. The stamp is small and usually placed on an inner edge, so look inside a bangle or under a clasp to find it.
We buy refined metal from licensed Dubai refiners and keep the documentation for each lot. A growing share of what we work with is recycled: customer exchanges are melted, re-refined and returned to the bench rather than sold on.
Care and repair
Bring any Brilliant piece in for a clean at no charge. Resizing and repair are quoted by the work involved, and if metal has to be added the added weight is priced at the day's rate, the same as anything else.
